Awareness

Awareness of self and surroundings is vital to recovery, restoration, and high-level functioning.

It is vital to develop an awareness of your own body and mind, what causes any activation or unconscious responses, and an awareness of your surroundings and other people.

Developing this takes intention, discipline, and time.

Developing highly perceptive, adept, sensitive awareness is intrinsic to neurological mastery and sovereignty of mind.

The vast majority of affective impulses derive from only what is normally received by the unconscious. You must, therefore, refine and improve your conscious awareness to the degree you can identify and anticipate unconscious activators.

You will develop your finesse in identifying all sources of neurological stimulation as you develop highly refined and sensitive awareness skills; yet this takes intention of mind to notice consciously; it takes discipline of thought to improve it over time.

You must watch and observe. You must listen intently, carefully.

Let’s begin.

Your unconscious absorbs everything; all you are surrounded by, all that enters your eyes - even if your eyes aren’t focused on it - ears, nose, skin, and even sometimes sub-audible sounds and various fields through your essential biology.

Due to this you need to train yourself to be aware of your surroundings, both what you purposefully surround yourself with by choice, and when not by choice what surrounds you; what is in your immediate environment. You need to become your own guardian and intelligence officer, effectively, for your own body and mind.

It will become second nature as it develops. As you start surrounding yourself purposefully with only a healthy environment and learn techniques of awareness, you become more steady, calm, balanced, internally resilient, and confident; unswayed by external factors and activators.

As you start noticing the linguistic patterns of others, you develop awareness of how you are responding internally to what they are saying and modify your reactions through bringing it into conscious awareness. Once it is conscious its power diffuses. As this advances you can even then identify those who are trained in using manipulative language - many leaders use it to a basic degree to sway the public; few use it to a truly advanced level.

With deep awareness, you become sovereign over your own mind and body, able to control and discipline your mind and thoughts, even those you do not want or to give credence or acceptance to. With awareness you recognise what is happening at the conscious level and even the unconscious level.

It is liberating to remember you do not have to believe your thoughts; they are just thoughts. Notice them. Investigate them with kindness if you want. You don’t have to identify with them or their patterning. You have free-will and sovereign choice over your actions. You are free to not identify with anything negative.

Internal responses and dialogue may come from multiple sources or as internal unconscious reactions to a multitude of activators. What matters is what you give voice, action, and sustenance to; what you nourish and nurture both within and in outward life. You have sovereignty of choice in that; dominion over your own body. Sovereignty does not surrender that choice to others or the body to unhealthy parasitic forces, people, or practices. Sovereignty makes the choice to be one, centred within, and govern the mind and body with what is aligned with life; and by extension its own continuance.

Surroundings

Look at your immediate surroundings. Slow yourself. Centre yourself within. Calm yourself. Look around where you are. Observe. Observe each object, each colour, every texture, scent. Observe the lighting. When you have done this thoroughly, ask questions about the overall ambiance of the room or place and then each object.

Important questions to ask are:

What is the overall feeling of this room or place?
What do any items suggest about their owner? What is the overall theme and individual theme?
What does this colouring or pattern suggest?
Is the lighting warm or cool, bright and sharp or gentle and soothing?
Is this aligned with well-being?
Does this object need to be in here?
Does this object need to be seen or can it be stored away?
What music is listened to? Is it positive and healthy both in harmonics and lyrics? Is it positively energising? Is it calming?
Is it quiet?
Is the room clean and fresh or are there any smells or scents?
Are there any visible words or logos written on any items? What do those words say both in intended meaning and literal structure and visual patterning?

Dispose of anything unhealthy; it only holds back, disrupts, disturbs.

Surround yourself with calmness, goodness; calm lighting, gentle colours, cleanliness, coolness.

Everything will be affecting your unconscious; so let it receive only what is beneficial and aligned with life.

Language and Linguistics

Start noticing the language patterns people use. The words they choose both consciously and unconsciously reflect their internal world.

If they are trained in advanced linguistics they will choose their words carefully; either to help others or, if they are aligned with darkness, to lead others astray to their own end.

What words are they using?
Have they used words suggestive of something that may be going on in their own life?
What themes do those words have?
What do those words sound like? Do they have similar phonetics to other words, either positive or negative?
What do even those words look like when written? Do they have similar visual patterns to other words, either positive or negative?
What is the speed of the speech pattern? Are they trying to say something quickly so you won’t notice? Are they trying to force something at you? Are they speaking calmly, with intent, openness, and honesty?

Listen... Watch... Notice

Think about what they have said, the language structure used, their posture, clothing and body language, and then the individual wording chosen and its themes.

What are they trying to say or imply?
Are they trying to influence? If so, how?

Are they aligning with honesty and truth, goodness and openness?
Are they delaying, obfuscating?
Is it likely or possible they are lying and deceiving?

If known, what are the historical tendencies they have displayed (both in language and actions)? Does the historical precedent of their actions prove them trustworthy or untrustworthy?

Liars are untrustworthy; their words hold no valid authority. Their hand un-writes their own inscriptions; their tongue unravels their own mouth; the meaning of their language is its own lock. Do not listen to them; look at their actions.

People say a lot. Watch their actions.

Delay forming immediate opinions - unless vital - until something is proven with actions.

Do not lie. Conceal and remain silent if you need to. Speak only truth. Write only truth. This retains the power of what you speak and holds fast the command and sovereignty in your writing.

The more you begin to notice what is around you, what is said around you, what you hear, smell, see... in detail... the more you bring this all to conscious awareness... then the more you can not only elevate your own behaviour to rise above anything negative and reform your internal patterning to be beneficial, lifting, enhancing, but the more you can see the deep patterning affecting others.
