Avoid Screens and Electronics

The brain is exceptionally fragile after acute trauma; not just psychologically but neurologically, physically. Resilience takes time and will develop.

It is important to face the reality of the neurologically exhausting nature of screens and electronics. This is, actually, vital for everyone.

Screens are constant activation. Electronics also constantly emit EMF - electromagnetic fields. Sensitive people can even be physically affected by these just by walking into an electronics store where there are many TVs on and feel unwell and jaded.

Unfortunately, the entire planet has become submerged in a lattice of EMF fields. Electronic devices proliferating to the extent they are, have effectively become parasitic in many ways to biology, with only an effectual synapse of air between the person and device. Much of society has even now become reliant on electronic systems, which is not just a vulnerability, but a peril; intrinsic survival demands biological autonomy.

Society, right now, is unlikely to reverse its over-reliance on electronics, so we must discipline and protect ourselves to use it only when necessary.

The most advanced systems are, inherently, simple. Simple systems are fast, streamlined, resilient, elegant.

Electronics are not only often complicated, but computer systems are programmed by fallible people. "Human error" is actually a baseless term since computers are coded by humans anyway; often poorly (one reason why updates are constantly needed; to patch poor and inelegant programming).

Free yourself from any way of thinking that may exist that computers are advanced technologies and vital; they aren't. Current technologies in use by humans are actually seriously poor; most are based on entropy, are parasitic to nature and the environment, and are destructive and disordered.

Truly advanced technologies enhance ecosystems, nature, biology; they are attuned to life.

Take time to think what electronics you truly need in day-to-day application. Dispose of whatever is superfluous; bring yourself back to your centre by ridding yourself of an electronic extension to your biology wherever and whenever you can.

Here is a simple structure to provide yourself with practical guidance:

Avoid electronics wherever possible
- use pen/pencil and paper
- use handwritten notes and notebooks
- meet in person
- read physical books
- make art/designs with your hands
- go for walks
- swim in a lake or the sea
- surf
- any healthy activity in nature; it is there for you

Reduce electronics if you are really unable to avoid them
- use the simplest phone possible
- have the least amount of apps on your device possible
- use the simplest, cleanest (in design) apps possible for tasks requiring them
- turn your phone off when not needed (even place it in a faraday bag too, if you like)
- use laptops instead of desktops (you can turn them off entirely, easily; even place them in faraday bags)
- use the simplest laptop possible (and/or cleanest design and operating system)
- cover cameras when not in use (even block the microphones too, if you like)
- where you have to buy a piece of technology, ensure it is the simplest in electronic design possible; and, if you can, the best quality you can afford; simple, resilient
- avoid so-called “smart” devices; they fill your home with unnecessary radiation and add another point of failure to their function
- avoid WiFi as much as possible; use Ethernet cables where you can
- dispose of your TV - use the computer (see below)
- use an RSS feed app instead of watching video News or using the direct websites - you can scan events quickly, obtain a brief overview without subjecting yourself to the full depth of the trauma, and protect yourself as much as possible from incidents outside your control
- preference audio electronics over visual electronics if you have to use them. Use a radio for news, culture, and information instead of a television; listen to music instead of watching TV or films; because by this your neurology is protected more, it is less activating, and does not pull you into the deeply altered and activating neurological state that screens do.

It is unlikely you will be able to do this all at once. Be compassionate with yourself; take time. Reduce what you can little by little. If you are able to reduce electronic usage quickly, fantastic.

Televisions
One of the most important and beneficial actions you do for yourself is disposing of your television if you have one.
Really.
Aside from changing channels, or turning them off, televisions cannot be controlled and the size of them alone gives off substantial radiation; this does depend on the exact electronics they use, but they really are not healthy.

Ask yourself: "Am I not disturbed by other human beings in my house that aren't real?"
That alone will begin helping you reach the realisation of their artifice inside a space that is meant to be yours.

Use a computer instead; you can control what you watch much more easily and the level of radiation is vastly reduced.

Films
Where films are concerned, avoid them; due to the depth of neurological state they take the brain into, they are essentially akin to coded programs. This even includes children's films.

If you really have to watch one, ask yourself:
"What is the overall theme?
What happens in it?
Is it aligned with life?
Is it aligned with recovery?
Is there any trauma in it at all?
Is there anything negative in it?

Realise that everything you watch on a screen, especially films due to the depth of neurological state they take people into, can be amplified in your mind. This means unconscious effects too; what you cannot detect.

Removing negative effects from films can be difficult and takes time; it is much easier and healthy when you simply avoid them.

If the answers to the questions above do not entirely reply that the film: promotes well-being, is pure life, compassion, kindness, or reverses aggression; reverses anything unaligned with promoting the self-sovereignty of those watching...

...avoid it; put it down, dispose of it where it belongs, and where it is aligned:

the refuse, the waste, and the cesspit.

The waste is not the place you are, regardless of anything that may have been said to you in the past (remembered or forgotten); regardless of anything done to you; regardless of anything you may even mistakenly think of yourself.

You are a self-sovereign being of light and life. Reclaim your space, reclaim your mind; rise and stand.

Freeing yourself from any reliance or over-reliance on electronics, you will only feel better; liberated, free.

The more you reduce electronic usage, the more you will reduce neural activation - the healthier your mind will be; the clearer you will think.

Remember:

If it’s not real, it’s not useful. If it distracts from reality, it’s not beneficial. It its not positive, it’s unhealthy.

Turn it off.
